We offer modern and up-to-date waterproof systems for balconies, roof terraces and external stairs, which ensure long-lasting water resistance and ease of use. On projects like this, we use<\/span> PMMA, polyurethane and polyurea liquid plastics to perform the work, which has the advantage of 100% adhesion to the substrate, cold installation and after curing forms a unified waterproof layer throughout the working area without overlapping joints.<\/p>\n

Triflex BIS<\/a> the system is developed for insulated roof terraces. It is primarily intended for new terraces where it is necessary to ensure thermal insulation. The thermal insulation remains under the waterproofing and cold water does not run through the insulation as it is in the case of inverted roofs.<\/p>\n

The top decorative finish coating is available in a range from ordinary painted surfaces to custom designed solutions.<\/p>\n

Stair<\/a> repair and liquid plastic system<\/h2>\n

More important than water resistance on the stairs is its appearance, abrasion resistance and how firmly you can step on the stairs. These problems can be easily solved with liquid plastic. In the case of renovated stairs, the time when the stairs can be re-used is especially important. PMMA liquid plastic hardens quickly and can be stepped on no later than 1 hour after the end of the work. Stair is usually a monolithic concrete structure and does not require covering the entire surface with elastic waterproofing. Triflex TSS<\/a> system is multi-layered and has a few millimeters thick watertight leveling layer.<\/p>\n

Decorative sand and granite stone fine gravel are suitable for the top layer. You can make it unique with different color combinations, adding a logo or some custom design you like.<\/p>\n
